When you submit the project inquiry form, CORE DCI receives the contact and project information you enter, such as your name, company, work email, phone number, project location, selected scope areas, timing, crew request, and message.
How the information is used
CORE DCI uses inquiry information to evaluate and respond to the request, communicate about a potential business relationship, protect the website from abuse, and maintain reasonable business records. The website does not create a public account or store form submissions in a website database.
Email delivery and service providers
The website uses hosting and email-delivery providers to operate the site and deliver your inquiry to CORE DCI. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Security and sensitive information
Reasonable technical controls are used to limit form abuse and protect transmission. No website can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, access credentials, restricted facility drawings, export-controlled information, or other sensitive site data through this form.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not require an advertising cookie or behavioral-marketing tracker. If analytics or another third-party script is added later, this policy and the site’s consent behavior will be reviewed before activation.
Retention
Business inquiries may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, satisfy contractual or legal requirements, and maintain business records. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted according to the company’s operational practices.
