Each work package is aligned to released drawings, schedules, materials, procedures, project controls, and acceptance requirements before mobilization.

Patching, Labeling & Connectivity

  • Copper and fiber patching from released port maps and connection schedules
  • Cable routing and dressing within existing pathways and rack-management systems
  • Cable, rack, and equipment identification using the project naming standard
  • Label application and printing when the project equipment and workflow are confirmed

Verification and rework

Testing & Quality Control

Client-directed checks, physical quality review, exception tracking, and authorized remediation within the assigned work package.

Typical scope

  • Visual quality checks against released drawings, schedules, and installation standards
  • Client-directed link, connection, or continuity verification using approved equipment and procedures
  • Recording and escalation of defects, failed checks, and unclear conditions
  • Authorized cable replacement, physical rework, and punch-list completion

Project turnover

Documentation & Closeout

Field records and closeout support that connect completed physical work to the project's reporting and acceptance workflow.

Typical scope

  • Daily or shift progress updates through the agreed reporting path
  • Completion records, redlines, status reports, and exception logs
  • Punch-list tracking and closeout updates in the client-defined workflow
  • Turnover support for the documentation included in the work package

CORE DCI organizes the project crew, working leadership, travel, attendance, assigned physical tasks, progress communication, and agreed closeout support.

The prime contractor or client retains overall project supervision, technical authority, released documentation, site controls, and final acceptance unless the contract states otherwise.
